What is the standard shipping timeframe for glassware?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, and we use specialized protective packaging to ensure your glassware arrives safely.
Do you offer a guarantee against breakage during delivery?
Yes. If any item arrives damaged or broken, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
What is your return policy for barware and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used to serve drinks.
Are Urban Bar products dishwasher safe?
Most of our professional-grade glassware is dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand-washing any items with gold/silver rims or delicate etchings to preserve their finish.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
